Job Purpose:
Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies
Responsibilities:
- Support in issuing the monthly financial statement package
- Manage the monthly financial statements for the subsidiary
- Prepare the support documents for External and internal auditors
- Ensure all month end JVs and adjustment entries are booked on time
- Ensure that all transactions are properly allocated to the correct cost canter and account number
- Ensure that the monthly closings are properly processed, and reports are submitted on time
- Reconciliation prepared and approved on monthly basis
- Post all journal vouchers of payable and bank entries .etc
- Review cash and cash equivalent balances and prepare Bank reconciliations.
- Responsible for Statutory compliance under various acts such as IFRS, Taxes regulations, etc.
- Prepare, maintain, and update Fixed Assets Register as per the IFRS.
- Profitability analysis by various parameters such as (by product, by customer, by market etc.).
- Helping in Budgeting & Forecasting
- Performing other tasks related to Finance & Accounting work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
- 0 - 3 years financial analysis and modeling experience
