We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our finance team based in Dubai.
To be considered for this role, you must have at least three (3) years experience in financial reporting within the financial consulting (Big 4), construction, trading, and manufacturing industries.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English and a strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and analyse regular financial reports, provide recommendations, and in-depth analysis of the financial status.
- Develop insightful financial presentations to the senior management and external parties.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and prepare the annual forecast for all divisions.
- Prepare the forecasting or feasibility studies for proposed investments.
- Carry out business modelling and risk assessment assignments.
- Ensure effective financial reporting automation using the Power BI tool.
- Review and verify customer rebates on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure timely recognition of the vendor's rebates.
- Support external communications with banks and auditors.
- Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
Key Qualifications:
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. International certifications such as CMA, ACCA, CFA, or CPA are preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial reporting.
- Sound knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, risk assessment, and preparation of financial analysis and statements.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
- Strong ability to develop insightful presentations.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, e.g., Power BI, ERP, etc.
- Advanced Excel is a must.
