Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record in risk management strategies, with experience leading initiatives to enhance financial resilience and mitigate potential losses.
  • Experience with corporate governance and financial policy development, demonstrating the ability to formulate and implement effective financial frameworks.
  • Excellent capabilities in financial modeling and forecasting techniques, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions, investment analysis, and capital structure optimization within a corporate context.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with experience in advising C-suite executives and board members on financial matters.

Job Responsibilities:
