Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Director located in KSA, Qatar, or the UAE. Applicants from Europe willing to relocate to the GCC region are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance with regulations
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk
- Collaborate with executive team to make strategic financial decisions
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
- Lead and mentor finance team members to optimize performance and productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in financial leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Proven track record of driving financial success and business performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to think strategically and provide valuable insights to senior management
