Main Purpose of Job

Strategic Responsibility
- Oversee team operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage and delegate tasks effectively, monitoring progress.
- Foster team collaboration and communication.
- Develop and train team members.
- Report on team achievements and challenges to higher management.
Functional Responsibility
- Supervise daily financial and management reporting activities.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and report variances.
- Collaborate with departments to meet reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards and policies.
- Provide training and guidance to the reporting team.
- Implement improvements in financial reporting processes.
- Prepare reports for senior management review.
- Ensure data integrity in financial systems.
- Support the development of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Support in the activities relating to external annual audits and quarterly reviews.
- Liaise in the process of obtaining local content certificate.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
Job Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role .
Language:
English - proficient ( Required )
Arabic - proficient ( Preferred )
