Job Description
1- Manage and oversee the entire accounting team.
2- Conduct necessary training to keep the team s skills and knowledge up to date.
3- Ensure proper tax interviews with clients and collect necessary documents.
4- Review corporate and personal income tax returns to ensure accuracy.
5- Advise business owners and individuals regarding the tax code.
6- Oversee the processing of state and federal payroll taxes.
7- Nurture and build client relationships.
8- Monitor and mentor/train junior staff, clerks, and bookkeepers.
9- Address potential compliance issues proactively.
10- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
11- Uphold the excellent reputation of our firm.
12- Maintain constant communication with the IRS, state agencies, and clients.
13- Implement tax consults and onboarding procedures for new clients.
14- Keep highly organized and updated client files.
15- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals.
16- Report directly to the Operations Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Preferably English or a relevant field.
Preferably possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in good standing.
Minimum [6] years experience as the same position in touristic companies management.
Minimum [6] years experience as a CPA in a corporate setting.
Extensive corporate and personal tax experience.
Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Accepted to travel outside Egypt to Arab and African countries according to work requirements.
