We're looking for Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist in Aggreko will be a key role within the Finance Department and will be responsible for providing strong financial reporting, business partnering & analysis especially focusing on optimizing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making of the KSA Rental Business.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Finance Team with the delivery of month end/year-end, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget for the KSA Rental business by timely preparation of month end P&L and Balance Sheet forecast and business Performance Dashboard Metrics, month-end, and year-end reports.
  • Ensuring financial statements are managed and reported in accordance with Aggreko's Financial Controls which are adhering to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) developed by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB)
  • Identify efficiencies and build improvements to existing financial processes and reports and identify key trends and provide risk analysis where necessary.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis and review of monthly revenues, including invoiced, accrued, and deferred revenues for each agreement. Identify and recommend necessary adjusting entries to ensure that accurate financial figures are reported.
  • Cost Controlling & Analysis - track, analyze and control the costs associated with transactional business and specific high-volume projects, such as Mobilization, Demobilization, Service Materials, and other Indirect costs related to the KSA Rental Business.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams/key stakeholders of the KSA Rental business outside of Finance in ensuring Financial Analysis is provided for Strategic Decision Making and Planning.
  • Provide timely, appropriate, and useful information to other departments. Apply your team skills and cross-functional experience to deliver an effective solution.
  • Identify efficiencies and build improvements to existing financial processes and reports.

You'll Have The Following Skills And Experience

  • A Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA, ACCA, CIMA) and/or Academically Qualified with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Finance/Business Analysis role.
  • Good technical accounting knowledge with excellent spreadsheet/systems interrogation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI skills is desirable.
