ROLE:
The Marketing Manager /Senior Manager at iPay Fintech in Qatar will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in digital marketing, P&L ownership, base management, and extensive experience in fintech or growth-driven B2C digital companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive growth marketing
- Design and implement robust digital marketing campaigns to boost user acquisition and retention.
- Utilize various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing to achieve marketing objectives working in tandem with digital partners.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
P&L Ownership
- Take full responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the marketing department.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of marketing resources.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Base Management
- Manage and grow the customer base, focusing on enhancing customer lifetime value.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Utilize data analytics to understand customer behavior and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
Liaison with Vodafone brand and research team
- Collaborate closely with Vodafone's brand and research teams to ensure alignment with corporate branding and marketing strategies.
- Leverage insights from research to inform marketing campaigns and product development.
- Coordinate joint marketing initiatives and partnerships with Vodafone to enhance brand presence and market penetration.
Stakeholder management & GTM
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
- Represent the marketing department in cross-functional meetings and projects.
