Finishing Manager "Textile"

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Implement production strategies to optimize output, reduce waste, and ensure high product quality.
• Manage and mentor production staff, providing leadership and guidance to improve performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with the Factory Manager to develop and implement operational improvements.
• Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage production budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues, resolve bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• from 3 to 5 years of experience in a production management role within the textile industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and production optimization techniques.
