Finishing Reliability Improvement Expert
Key responsibilities
- Program in operations, leads regular Reliability reviews, and manage a strong link with Site Engineering and regional/global engineering in relation to the implementation of reliability improvements.
- This position is the technical CI champion, working on increasing different equipment, machines, and areas reliability through developing and continuously improving Preventive Maintenance strategies and Reactive Maintenance techniques.
- That address Technical Bad Actors, inefficient PM, high cost equipment, inefficient work-processes, Spare parts for critical equipment,
- Developing and creating Standard Operating Procedures for Maintenance work.
- Leads executors (directs or contractors) for the execution of CI-work and/or projects.
- Lead disciplined and systematic equipment maintenance strategy development efforts
- Create and update site areas, processes and equipment, criticality matrix
- Set Maintenance different strategies to each equipment (RCM, Predictive, Reactive, Condition based..)
- Assets health check responsibility within his scope.
- Makes plant tours, collects and handles improvement ideas and promotes an innovative environment. Ensures compliance with all business unit/facility policies and procedures as related to safety & Quality
- Ensure capture and analysis of maintenance data and equipment work histories
- Lead regular review of equipment bad actors creating action plans for increasing reliability
- Governor for RCA process implementation within his scope.
- Contributes to Engineering Projects in assigned area to ensure that reliability, maintainability, cost effectiveness,
- Define the Condition monitoring system in the factory
- Determines the degree of equipment deterioration. Ensures revision of the equipment that require detailed repair
- Learns working conditions of the equipment and mechanical details. Works out instructions of their correct exploitation.
- Examine accidental situations, causes of equipment breaks and stops. Works out and ensure realization of measures to prevent sudden breaks, stops, to extend terms of service of the plant equipment and mechanisms
- Monitor of equipment performance like output, reliability, maintenance costs, availability, and then implement the necessary improvements
- Analyze equipment performance and sets plans for reliability improvement
- Analyze production lines performance and feedback different Maintenance processes with areas of improvement
- Support Technical OP design based on equipment strategy matrix
- Active member in efficiencies and Activities workshops, actions implementation in his area.
- Leads the development of innovative solutions and/or is required to deliver the solutions in a fast changing environment
You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education
- BSc. Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering from a reputable university.
- 2-4 years working in maintenance or projects preferably in FMCG
- 10+ years Experience with a Maintenance Hands-on & Projects Coordination Experience and in a lead or supervisor position in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words, Excel, PP, Outlook,etc.) Knowledge in SAP
