This pivotal role demands an experienced professional with 10-12 years in the fintech sector, particularly someone with comprehensive experience in the GCC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for a 12-month extendable term, to manage and nurture partnerships that align fintech innovations with the bank s strategic goals.Role & Responsibilities:Fintech Partnerships & Engagement Process:Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with fintech companies.Assess the compatibility of fintech solutions with existing bank systems and processes.Utilize strong networking skills to establish and maintain robust relationships with fintech firms.Knowledge about Fintech Regulations:Develop a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks governing fintech globally and in Saudi Arabia.Interpret and apply regulatory requirements to ensure fintech partnerships and products comply with legal standards.Navigate compliance challenges during the integration of fintech solutions into banking operations.Fintech Onboarding Process:Design and implement effective onboarding processes for fintech partners and their products.Streamline integration of fintech solutions, ensuring adherence to compliance and security standards.Train internal teams on utilizing fintech platforms and troubleshooting potential issues.Qualifications & Skills:Experience Requirement: 10-12 years in development and relationship management within the fintech industry.Essential Skills:Strong background in relationship management and product integration.Deep understanding of GCC banking regulations.Extensive knowledge of fintech industry trends within the GCC region.Proven ability to drive the onboarding processes for fintech partnerships.Desired Attributes:Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying synergistic opportunities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of management and fintech stakeholders.Agile and responsive to the rapidly evolving fintech landscape.This role offers an exciting opportunity for a strategic and innovative leader to significantly impact the bank s fintech initiatives and contribute to shaping the future of banking in the region.
