Remove bones and skin from fish fillets before packaging them for sale
- Keep work area clean and sanitized to maintain hygiene standards
Operate and maintain fish cutting equipment, such as knives and cutting machines- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and delivery of fish products
Report any issues or concerns related to product quality or equipment malfunction to the supervisor
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing job duties
