High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a fishmonger or in a similar role is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of fish and seafood varieties and their preparation methods.
- Excellent knife skills and hand-eye coordination.

Physical stamina to handle long hours on your feet and heavy lifting.
