Roles & Responsibility:We are looking for an experienced
foreman with full knowledge in
Fit out / Joinery works projects.
- The point of contact between the construction workers and Project Manager.
Supervise the fit-out works including all interior fixings.- Knowledge about Detailed shop drawings.
At Least 5 Years of work experience in the same field & capacity.
- Knowledge of Detailed shop drawings
In-depth knowledge of fit-out procedures, equipment.- Coordinate with other departments on the daily activities, create schedule for workers and oversee quality of the site to ensure progress as per the schedule.
Record man hour and complete time sheet and daily overtime if applicable.
- Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the section head.- Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement.
- QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
Diploma degree- Minimum 10 years experience in Interior Fitout & Joinery

- Able to work under pressure and the ability to face clients providing a technical solution.
