Looking for a Fit-out Site Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Qualifications and Experience:
The suitable candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any related course
Should have more than 4-5 years of UAE experience in the same role
Site Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervising experience in Fit-Out interior works (Factory and site).
Knowledge of drawings and implementation to site.- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
Site Supervisor Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.- The ability to interpret blueprints.
Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills
