Fixed Income & Structured Products Development Lead Specialist

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. 
   Execute and review the assessment process related to current and potential market products and services to support top Management in making decision
2. sExecute and review the entire products/services development cycle, i.e. strategic planning, business assessments, feasibility studies, and implementation in alignment with related stakeholder
3. sAcquire detailed knowledge and articulate business processes of all the unit's products/services
4. Conduct and review gap analysis exercises and business assessments and studies taking into consideration local market need and international best practice to ensure the Exchange's competitive positionin
5. gReview and execute the process of conducting business assessments for new products and services in order to meet internal and external requirement
6. sReview and participate in cross-divisional initiatives and project
