We are a startup company involved in the B2C distribution of food items and groceries with a vision to expand in all GCC markets. We are looking to hire a Fleet Supervisor to handle daily fleet operations and timely delivery of groceries to customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Train and supervise drivers and other fleet personnel
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all drivers have the necessary licenses and certifications.
- Implement safety programs and conduct safety training.
- Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics.
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to fleet operations.
- Manage driver schedules and assignments.
- Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures.
- Monitoring Drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices
Desired Requirements
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Fleet Supervisor
- Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Good communication skills in English.
