About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Flight Care Team Member to join our team at Swift Jet Aviation. This part-time hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely and on-site at our Almaza Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Liaison: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements.

Catering Coordination: Efficiently arrange for catering services, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Flight Preparation: Oversee pre-flight preparations, including cabin setup and amenities.

Onboard Experience: Provide exceptional in-flight service, attending to client needs and ensuring their comfort.

Post-Flight Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our services.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Flight Attendant or in a similar role within the aviation industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work varying shifts and on-call hours

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
