Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned as required by management)
- Accepts and fulfills flight requests from customers while ensuring company goals and objectives relating to aircraft utilization are achieved.
- When necessary, examine performance factors before developing a flight release for a specific mission. These factors should include but not be limited to such considerations as aircraft weight & balance, runway required, climb gradients, etc. The review of these factors is primarily to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain realistic customer expectations.
- Maintains an accurate record of pilot flight and duty times.
- Provides all crewmembers with Flight Release details
- Completes tasks as directed by the Dispatch team lead.
- Provides an exemplary level of customer service to aircraft clients and owners, ensuring the customer experience meets and exceeds customer expectations.
- Provides support services for crew and passengers traveling aboard the aircraft, including flight following with flight crewmembers.
- Acts as the primary contact for all emergency situations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Required
- Minimum of one or more years or FAA Dispatcher License.
- Knowledgeable of applicable Aviation Regulations.
- Able to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated and organized.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Possess the ability to read, write, and speak English.
Highly Desirable
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- FAA Dispatcher License and/or FAA Pilots license
- Private or Commercial Pilot experience is a huge plus.
