Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers, providing information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor and ensure a pleasant service environment.
  • Staff Supervision:
Assist in managing floor staff, including scheduling,and performance monitoring.
  • Support team members in their daily tasks, providing guidance and resolving issues.
Conduct regular briefings and updates to keep the team informed and motivated.
  • Operations Management:
Ensure the floor is adequately staffed and organized during all shifts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for stock replenishment.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floor, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Security and Safety:
Implement and enforce security protocols to prevent theft and ensure the safety of customers and staff.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and report any hazards or incidents.
Assist in emergency situations, following proper procedures and protocols.
  • Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of floor operations, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.
