Ensure the floor is adequately staffed and organized during all shifts.- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for stock replenishment.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floor, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
Implement and enforce security protocols to prevent theft and ensure the safety of customers and staff.- Conduct regular safety checks and report any hazards or incidents.
Assist in emergency situations, following proper procedures and protocols.
Maintain accurate records of floor operations, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.- Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.
