Job Title: Florist
Company: Cattleya Flowers Boutique
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Monthly Salary: between 3000 - 5000 AED (inclusive of basic salary, transportation allowance, and accommodation allowance)
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Weekly Off: One day off per week
Vacation: One month of paid vacation per year based on basic salary
Visa: Free visa will be provided
Bonus: Performance-based bonus every 1 year, subject to sales achievements
Job Responsibilities:
- Floral Arrangements: Craft captivating and unique floral arrangements for various occasions and clients, demonstrating creativity and meticulous attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients preferences and ensuring their needs are met, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales and Promotion: Actively engage with customers, promote products, and skill fully upsell additional items to increase sales and revenue.
- Shop Enhancement: Contribute to enhancing the shop's visual appeal to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, attracting potential customers and encouraging repeat business.
- Innovation: Stay updated with floral design trends and introduce innovative ideas to keep offerings fresh and appealing to a diverse customer base.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven experience as a florist or in a similar role.
- Strong creativity and artistic skills in floral design.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, arrangements, and their care.
- Attention to detail and ability to execute intricate designs.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Formal training or certification in floristry.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (English, Arabic, etc.).
