· Develop and oversee the implementation of standard operating procedures related to the management and maintenance of client facilities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulatory standards and best practice guidelines
· Conduct periodic inspections of all facilities under management, including a detailed assessment of various areas, structures, and systems within the clients facility
· Coordinate and facilitate alterations, maintenance, or reconditioning of facilities, as outlined in operating procedures. Ensure that KPIs and SLAs are consistently met, with any associated costs billed to the client after reaching the agreed-upon threshold
· Identify non-engineering services required for facility management, such as cleaning, security, and hospitality, and work with the procurement team to align service requirements and procurement strategy for the client
· Ensure the implementation and adherence to best-in-class operating processes across all regional facilities, ensuring a standardised and consistent approach in facility management operations
· Collaborate with subcontractors and third-party providers to ensure the delivery of services or products meet client expectations, regularly engaging with both parties to understand changing needs and monitor service quality
· Regularly evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of current services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing service enhancements
· Offer expert technical advice, guidance, and support to direct reports and Operation Team to elevate their skills and understanding of complex facility management challenges
