Job Description

Job duties and responsibilities
  • Managing an external Project Manager and all related contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure efficient communication and coordination throughout the project
Managing project governance by generating monthly status reports and other documentation required by the steering group and senior management
  • Serving as the client representative by coordinating the requirements of all internal departments
Overseeing office relocations and collaborating closely with other departments to ensure all requirements are met for a seamless transition to operational readiness.
  • Manage all project deliverables in accordance with Regulatory and Statutory undertakings, complying with all Health & Safety and Environmental standards and policies.
Ensure FM/Maintenance projects are completed on budget and on schedule.
  • Job qualifications/requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience working in a similar position within the facility management industry in any GCC countries.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, organizational and leadership skills.
