We're on the lookout for a skilled and driven Food and Beverage Store Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-Day Operations:Oversee daily store operations, do routine quality check for the product and services,including raising purchase orders with the purchasing department.

- Maintain Standards: Ensure the store is maintained according to established standards, including cleanliness, equipment functionality, and system operations.

- Maintenance and Replacements:Monitor and manage the regular maintenance and timely replacement of items and equipment.

- Staff Management: Supervise and support staff, ensuring tasks are completed as assigned and assist as needed.

- Customer Assistance:Provide customers with product explanations and suggestions, enhancing their coffee experience.

- Logistics and Inventory: Manage inventory, handle logistics, and submit timely reports to management.

- Team Leadership: Be a role model for staff, address their requests promptly, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

- Experience:Minimum of 5 years in a specialty coffee environment with a strong background in caf and restaurant management.

- Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle staff and work collaboratively as a team player.

- Knowledge: Willingness to learn and understand our coffee concepts and operational standards.

- Customer Service: Ability to assist and engage with customers effectively.
