Responsible for assisting the Assistant Restaurant Manager on the day-to-day operations of restaurants to meet and exceed guests needs and business requirements whilst ensuring strong host engagement and adherence to service standards and operating procedures.

• To develop and maintain an elegantly appointed environment, with superior colleagues, dedicated to an attentive, distinctive experience for all dining periods.
• To assist in training, and supervising all outlet colleagues.
• To ensure the opening/closing checklist is completed daily.
• To maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests.
• To control reservations and seating of the outlet.
• To observe daily conditions of all physical facilities and equipment in the outlets; make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
• To ensure a safe working environment for all colleagues within the outlet.
• To promote teamwork and foster a harmonious working climate.
• To handle inventories directly involved with the operation of the outlet.
• To properly handle and report employee and guest accidents.
• To maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests.
• To control reservations and seating of the outlet.
• To observe daily conditions of all physical facilities and equipment in the outlets; make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
