Job Description:
We are seeking a bilingual Food & Beverage Call Center Specialist fluent in English and Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, adept at handling a high volume of calls, and skilled in navigating email platforms, Microsoft Excel, and Word. Your primary role will be to assist customers via phone and text, addressing their needs, resolving queries, and enhancing their experience with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in both English and Arabic through calls and texts.
- Efficiently navigate through email platforms for communication and task management.
- Utilize Excel, Word, and other software for data entry and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a positive and proactive approach.
- Demonstrate strong sales skills, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize average order value.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer tailored solutions to customers.
- Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales and call handling quotas.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong familiarity with email platforms, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate computers and phones efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
