Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food & Beverage Purchase Specialist at Food Magic Group, located in New Cairo. As a Food & Beverage Purchase Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement of food and beverage products for our diverse concepts. This will include sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring quality and cost efficiency, and maintaining supplier relationships. You will work closely with our operations and finance teams to support the success of our F&B operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management in the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage products and market trends
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
