We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food Manager Consultant to oversee and improve our cafeteria and cafe operations on a part-time basis.

Qualification: Masters / Bachelors
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the cafeteria and cafe, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Collaborate with kitchen staff to design and update menus, considering customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
Develop & manage budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely & cost-effective procurement of ingredients and supplies.
* Analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
