Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor all food handlers to make sure that all food-handling tasks are properly and safely carried out.
2. Recognize and prevent food safety hazards in the food business.
3. Ensure that food handlers maintain safe personal hygiene.
4. Ensure that food safety program is up-to-date and accurately maintained.
5. Complete all the required training.
6. Responsible for tracking traceability of finished products.
7. Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive food safety programs and policies.
8. Train and certify staff in food safety practices, protocols, and compliance requirements to ensure a knowledgeable workforce.
Requirements:
1. Master s Degree in Nutrition/Food technology.
2. Certification in food safety management such as HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. 3 to 5 years of experience as Food Safety Supervisor with an F&B concept or Food Production.
