Manage reservations and walk-in guests using the seating chart.

Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

Communicate wait times and handle guest inquiries.

Collaborate with the waitstaff and management to ensure seamless service.

Handle customer complaints or concerns with grace and professionalism.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed during busy periods.

Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service is a plus.

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
