Job Summary
Brisk Markets is looking for a Junior of Forex Training and Market Research to join our Dubai office. This role involves coordinating with our sales retention team and market analysts Team to understand and meet the training needs of our clients and sales staff. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality training sessions through webinars, seminars, and one-on-one interactions, primarily focusing on the essentials of Forex trading and Market Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales retention and market analyst teams to pinpoint training needs for clients and internal staff.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs that focus on Forex trading fundamentals, market trends, and effective trading strategies.
- Facilitate engaging seminars, webinars, and personalized training sessions to enhance client knowledge and trading skills.
- Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions to improve the effectiveness of educational content.
- Help maintain and update training materials, including manuals, presentation slides, and online learning modules.
- Stay informed about financial markets and emerging trends to ensure the training content is relevant and current.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in financial markets, preferably with some exposure to educational roles.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, capable of delivering training and conducting research in both languages.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable with both virtual and face-to-face delivery methods.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of educational technology, including webinar tools and digital content creation.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a passion for financial education and client service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
