JOB PURPOSE
To ensure the delivery of projects to agreed budgets and timelines.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulating and processing development for various dosage forms.
- Literature searching pre-formulation studies and characterization of reference of pharmaceutical formulations.
- Designing and developing prototype formula for Domestic and Semi Regulated Market.
- Being responsible for scale-up, and validation batches.
- Being involved in cost reduction, alternate vendor development, quality improvement formulation.
- Reviewing of analytical data, trend of stability data and interpretation on regular basis.
- Being responsible for preparation of proposed In-process specification, finished product specifications.
- Preparing MMD, BOM and Documents related to Tech transfer.
- Co-ordinating with co-functioning department like ADL, Regulatory Affairs, Purchase, QA and Production department.
- Being responsible for calibration of Instruments, PH meter and weighing Balance on regular basis.
PREREQUSITE PROFILE
Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/ Pharmacy/ or related science field.
Experience: 1 2+ years experience in formulation lab of a Pharma Industry + cGMP/ GLP.
