Job Description

COMPANY INFORMATION:

Human Quality Consultancy (HQ) was founded in 2018 to offer comprehensive solutions in business and human resources development fields. Our client, a giant regional healthcare group is seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports, oversee capital planning activities, conduct thorough financial statement reviews, and drive process improvement initiatives within the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of the monthly reporting package, analyzing the company's financial performance against budget and forecast. Ensure timely updates to the full-year forecast.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of actual results versus plan and forecast, providing insightful variance reporting to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain the short and long-term Capital Plan, monitoring changes and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Perform thorough review and analysis of financial statements, with a focus on the cash flow statement, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives by developing and implementing new procedures as needed to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Hiring Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in financial planning and reporting roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Experience working with financial statements, including a deep understanding of cash flow analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, with expertise in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
  • Proven experience with SAP or other ERP systems, demonstrating the ability to leverage technology for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial information to diverse stakeholders clearly.
