    Your day to day

    The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible to assist in providing the below task;

  • Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures.

  • Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all housekeeping systems.

  • Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over.

  • Perform Room allocations, Perform Room inspections to Audit standards.

  • Liaise with Front Office for guest and hotel requirements.

  • Co-ordinate special projects (e.g. site rooms, vermin control, window and carpet cleaning, room inventories).

  • Maintain adequate stock levels and complete stock takes as required.

  • Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.

    What we need from you

    Experience and Skills:


    Previous hotel-related experience in Housekeeping

    Skills in computer and operating system

    Skills in dealing diplomatically with the public under stressful events

    Experience in supervising a team

    Ability to demonstrate delegation skills

    Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
