As a Franchise Operations Manager at Elegant Hoopoe, you will play a critical role in expanding our brand's footprint and ensuring the success of our franchising operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and support our franchisees to uphold our high standards of service, ensuring operational excellence and maximizing profitability.
Franchisee Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring they are fully equipped to operate their branches successfully. This includes training, operational guidance, and troubleshooting.
- Quality Control: Regularly visit franchise locations to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures. Address any deviation and implement corrective measures.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze franchisee performance through key metrics and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.- Training and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for franchisees and their staff to enhance their skills and knowledge of our business model.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to refine franchising strategies and assist in the development of new franchise models suitable for different markets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the franchising industry to inform strategic decisions.
At least 5 years of experience in franchise operations or management, preferably in the wellness or beauty industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
Ability to travel as needed to support franchisees.
