Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Brand Experience Project Manager to join our team for a 2-month project. This role will focus on managing and executing a high-profile brand experience campaign for Mercedes-Benz, ensuring seamless coordination, exceptional quality, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
oOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the brand experience project from inception to completion.
oDevelop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
oCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, PR, social, and data, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
oMonitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
Client Management:
oAct as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining regular communication to update on project status and address any concerns.
oEnsure client expectations are met and exceeded through exceptional service and proactive problem-solving.
Quality Control:
oEnsure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
oConduct thorough reviews and approvals of all creative and experiential elements.
Event Coordination:
oPlan and execute brand events, activations, and experiential marketing activities.
oCoordinate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure seamless execution of events.
oManage on-site logistics, ensuring a smooth and engaging brand experience for all attendees.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the advertising, marketing, or brand experience sector.
Strong understanding of brand management and experiential marketing principles.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with automotive brands, particularly luxury brands like Mercedes-Benz.
Knowledge of the Dubai market and experience with local vendors and partners.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
