Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. As a French Call Center Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of French-speaking call center agents to ensure high-quality customer service and achieve performance targets. You will provide coaching and training to team members, monitor team performance, handle escalated customer issues, and collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
