Fresh Graduate Engineers Architect - Civil - MEP -

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresh Graduate Engineers Architect - Civil - MEP - at Alidara Real Estate Co. located in Riyadh. The Fresh Graduate Engineers Architect - Civil - MEP - will be responsible for performing daily tasks related tenants fit out and project handover.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical drawings and documents, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of architectural design principles and concepts
• Understanding of civil and MEP engineering principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Understanding of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Experience with construction projects or internships is a plus
• Professional certification or licensure is a plus
