JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly demeanor, guiding them to their destinations and announcing their arrivals courteously.
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism, screening and redirecting them promptly to the appropriate contacts.
- Direct visitors efficiently to the right personnel and offices, ensuring they find their way seamlessly.
- Keep our reception area tidy and organized, stocked with necessary supplies and materials to create a welcoming environment for all.
- Provide accurate information to visitors, callers, and via email, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Foster smooth operations by documenting and communicating any pertinent actions, anomalies, or ongoing requirements to relevant teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Unveiled f.e.m.a.l.e.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. Printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
