Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Greet and assist visitors with a friendly demeanor, guiding them to their destinations and announcing their arrivals courteously.
  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism, screening and redirecting them promptly to the appropriate contacts.
  • Direct visitors efficiently to the right personnel and offices, ensuring they find their way seamlessly.
  • Keep our reception area tidy and organized, stocked with necessary supplies and materials to create a welcoming environment for all.
  • Provide accurate information to visitors, callers, and via email, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Foster smooth operations by documenting and communicating any pertinent actions, anomalies, or ongoing requirements to relevant teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Unveiled f.e.m.a.l.e.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. Printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
