Warm Welcome: Greet and assist visitors with a friendly demeanor, guiding them to their destinations and announcing their arrivals courteously.
Efficient Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls with professionalism, screening and redirecting them promptly to the appropriate contacts.
Smooth Navigation: Direct visitors efficiently to the right personnel and offices, ensuring they find their way seamlessly.
Presentable Reception Area: Keep our reception area tidy and organized, stocked with necessary supplies and materials to create a welcoming environment for all.
Informative Support: Provide accurate information to visitors, callers, and via email, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
Security Assurance: Uphold building security protocols by monitoring access through the reception desk, maintaining a detailed logbook, and issuing visitor badges as needed.
Team Coordination: Foster smooth operations by documenting and communicating any pertinent actions, anomalies, or ongoing requirements to relevant teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in any related field is preferred.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication abilities are a must.
Attention to detail is crucial for accuracy in tasks and interactions.
Availability for shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM is required.
