Front Desk Representative

Main Job Duties:
Incoming Call Management:
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Redirect calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.
Client Relations:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk.
- Address inquiries and provide detailed information about the property's attractions, facilities, services, and nearby activities.
- Handle guests requests and complaints with efficiency and courtesy.
Communication:
- Effectively communicate guests needs and concerns to the relevant departments for quick resolution.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a Front Desk or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a valuable asset.
