Job Description

Front Desk Representative

Work location : Almaza Bay Marsa Matoruh:

Main Job Duties:

Incoming Call Management:

  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Redirect calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery.

Client Relations:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk.
  • Address inquiries and provide detailed information about the property's attractions, facilities, services, and nearby activities.
  • Handle guests requests and complaints with efficiency and courtesy.

Communication:

  • Effectively communicate guests needs and concerns to the relevant departments for quick resolution.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Job Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of proven experience in a Front Desk or similar role.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Proficient in the English language.
  5. Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
  6. Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a valuable asset.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position within the Real Estate industry, located in Almaza Bay. The role may involve extended duties or modifications as per operational requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring positive guest experiences and efficient front desk operations.
