Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff at 4Level1 in Riyadh. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, communication, and computer literacy tasks on a day-to-day basis.

  • Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication abilities
  • Computer Literacy proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
