Job Summary:
As a Front Office - Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at the hotel, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
Job Responsibility:
1. Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
2. Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
3. Managing reservations and room assignments effectively.
4. Processing payments and ensuring accurate billing.
5. Providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
6. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
7. Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office applications.
6. A friendly and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.
Skills:
