We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front Office Team Leader to join our dynamic team at one of Jumeirah Group's luxury hotels in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in high-end, luxury hotels and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.- Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure that all front desk procedures are followed according to company standards.
Monitor room allocations, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs.- Maintain communication with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the front office of a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and calmness.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera or similar).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong knowledge of Dubai's luxury hospitality sector and market trends.
