Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire an experienced Full Desk Recruiter.
Position Summary: The ideal candidate will be required to be on the phone 90% of the time contacting and interviewing candidates. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and supports our mission, shares our values, and embraces our company culture.
Available Positions:
(1) US Recruiter: Monday Saturday, overnight shift, 48 hours / week.
(1) GCC Recruiter: Monday Saturday, afternoon shift, 48 hours / week
Work Type: On-site
Location: Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
- Drive the full recruitment cycle - Recruit and build relationships with clients nationwide, while identifying and developing new business opportunities across different sectors.
- Qualify, present, and recommend candidates that meet the needs of our clients by evaluating the best candidate fit per the requirements of the client, including candidate personality, work experience, skillset, references, and other applicable information.
- Coach candidates through various stages throughout the interview process, while managing the client and their expectations throughout the recruitment placement process.
- Posting Jobs to online job boards and recruitment databases
- Targeted searches and sourcing
- Build on-going relationships with our clients across the country through travel (client visits), video calls, and connecting over the phone.
- Join professional networking organizations, attend industry trade shows and conferences, and establish passive channel sources to develop candidate and client pipelines.
- Analyzing and gaining knowledge of the market through competitor analysis, the permanent placement market, market rates, staffing needs for our clients, and client and provider contract expectations.
- Achieve key metrics/KPI's that support the revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years experience in a call center (preferably in the recruiting industry) along with specific experience in the staffing field, dealing with the US Market and/or GCC market.
- Multilingual candidates are preferred (English, Arabic, Spanish)
- Must be able to work overnight shift for the US Market candidate
