Key Responsibilities
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will:
- Develop and Maintain: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Laravel, PHP, and React.js.
- Collaborate: Work closely with QA engineers, product managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software.
- Optimize: Design and optimize databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, database deadlocks, and scalability issues.
- Document: Maintain system documentation, including class, sequence, and state diagrams, while ensuring code quality with tools like SonarQube.
- Innovate: Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose solutions to complex challenges.
- Secure: Implement security best practices for robust and reliable applications.
- Embrace Agile: Follow Agile methodologies, including TDD and CI/CD practices.
Key Skills & Experience
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Laravel, PHP, and React.js for backend and frontend development.
- Strong experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, including schema design, optimization, and handling transactions.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Performance & Optimization: Proven ability to identify and resolve performance issues in scalable applications.
- Version Control: Advanced Git skills (cherry-pick, squash, rebase) for effective collaboration.
- DevOps Knowledge: Basic familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Code Quality & Documentation: Experience with tools like SonarQube and creating system diagrams.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 4 years as a Full-Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in Laravel, PHP, and React.js.
- Proven track record of working with large datasets and optimizing complex queries.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, such as startups or high-pressure projects, is a significant advantage.
Preferred Domain Experience
- Background in Fintech startups or other high-pressure, fast-paced industries is preferred but not mandatory.
