Grow-Talent.com is working with an award winning liquidity and technology solutions company who is seeking to onboard a Full Stack QA to join their team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and enhancement of automation solutions
- Successfully manage daily tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios
- Develop comprehensive release test plans, including smoke, regression, and acceptance tests
- Conduct smoke, regression, and acceptance testing to ensure quality
- Perform sanity testing on fixed issues to verify resolution
- Execute both manual and automated testing, with an emphasis on automation
- Apply test design techniques to create effective and comprehensive test coverage while avoiding redundancy
- Write automated tests for APIs and UI using established frameworks
- Create clear and concise test documentation and instructions
- Generate test result reports and investigate identified issues
- Contribute to code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices
- Mentor team members to support their growth and development
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/Fluency in English (B2-C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a QA Fullstack role, with at least 3 years in a Senior QA Fullstack position
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in TypeScript/JavaScript automation across various applications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Java-based automation testing
- Strong expertise in testing methodologies, strategies, and best practices, with a deep understanding of test case design
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of REST APIs
- Proven experience in developing automation tests for both UI and API layers
- Solid experience with Playwright for automated testing
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with TestNG and Maven
- Extensive experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Docker
