Job Description
The College of Business and Economics is seeking to fill a position in Human Resource Management. Ph.D. holders from a reputable university with an accredited business program are required to apply. A good teaching record and, evidence of research accomplishments including publications in peer reviewed journals is desirable. Applicants should ideally have relevant experience in teaching undergraduate level courses within the context of a liberal arts education. The positions require energetic and enthusiastic individuals who will assist the College in achieving its mission and vision by engaging students in holistic development. Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate simulation usage and a history of high quality teaching outcomes with regard to course delivery, student learning, grading discipline, and student perception and engagement.
The successful candidate will teach a range of undergraduate courses- Human Resource Management, Change Management, Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Product and Operations Management. Faculty responsibilities include teaching, research, student advising, service to the department, college, university and honoring office hours. Ability to teach in online and hybrid methods are welcomed.
