Purpose of the Role:

As the Fundraising Manager, you will collaborate with Unidef to strategize and execute fundraising initiatives, engaging potential investors to attract and retain high-value contributions. You will effectively convey the project's vision and mission, developing and executing a comprehensive investment plan.

About Our Client:

Our client is a rapidly growing token project with over one million community members. Operating on a community-based model, they aim to be a leading name in the crypto market. Compensation for this role will be based on a success fee following successful fundraising efforts, targeting nearly $20 million USD for phases 2 and 3 across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective fundraising strategy
• Identify and assess diverse investment opportunities
• Define KPIs and best practices
• Cultivate and expand investor relationships
• Promote investment opportunities within your network
• Engage potential collaborators in the industry
• Strategize and execute investor communication plans
• Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Extensive network within reputable VCs, investment firms, banks, fund management entities, family offices, etc.
• Willingness to work on a success fee agreement
• Substantial experience in fundraising and investor relations
• Preferable experience in token investments

Payment Structure:

Compensation based on a success fee model.
