- Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth for the Education skilling platform within the CBSE School sector.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to create deal and closure, leveraging a profound understanding of the education industry and the platform's value proposition.
- Lead and oversee Channel Partners, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with schools of GCC.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overarching business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and areas for product improvement.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential opportunities for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the platform and enhance brand recognition.
